An event marking an important milestone for a Prestons school will take place this spring.
This year, St Catherine of Siena School in Prestons is celebrating its 25th anniversary. To honour the landmark moment, it is holding a special fair and welcoming all families in the Melbourne suburb to attend.
Educational institutions honouring special days with events often connect with banner printing services to produce signage that calls out to specific achievements.
The St Catherine of Siena School Fair will be set up within the school grounds in November and promises entertainment, activities, food and drink. Families attending will have the opportunity to purchase a specially designed armband that offers them unlimited access to rides at the fair.
Rides include a “super slide”, the Junior Whirl Wind, a “gladiator duel”, cups and saucers and a mini pirate ship.
The fair will also feature performances from talented musicians and dancers, along with speciality acts from the school’s students. Other activities include virtual games and classic pony rides.
For food and drink, there will be Devonshire tea with scones, a barbeque sausage sizzle, and plenty of snacks and sweet treats like popcorn, candy floss, gelato, snow cones and cake on offer.
The spring fair will take place at St Catherine of Siena School on Saturday, November 9. The school is sited at 58 Dalmeny Drive in Prestons.
