An upcoming cruise in Sydney Harbour is set to combine Thai cuisine with a tribute to a beloved Australian rock band this autumn.
Fans of INXS and Thai delights in Prestons will get a chance to appreciate their passions in a unique setting this coming March. The Harbour Spirit Thai Restaurant in Sydney will be hosting a special event entitled the “Live Baby Live: The INXS Tribute Show”.
The four-hour cruise will feature a carefully curated “Finger Food & Self-Serve Grazing Station”, with options suited to all tastes and diets available. Diners will find vegetable spring rolls with a sweet dipping chilli sauce and savoury pastries stuffed with peas and ricotta. There will also be chicken and beef dim sims with a dipping sauce, as well as chicken salad, hot pasta, and cold platters of meats (ham, salami, and silverside beef) and cheeses (feta, Swiss and blue), with an accompaniment of crackers and French bread.

Accompanying dinner there will be a premier rendition of Australia’s iconic rock band INXS, which features a whole host of hits from their successful musical career.
