A three-day festival dedicated to barbequed food and music is arriving in Sydney later this year.
Prestons residents with a fancy for flaming meats and live music are in luck this autumn. May will see the nearby Sydney Showgrounds in the capital host an epic event entitled “Meatstock Sydney - The Music and Barbecue Festival 2025”.
Offering a sensory experience, the event combines Australia’s leading live-fire barbecue pros and pitmasters with an eclectic line-up of musicians, cook-off competitions and an array of entertainment and first-class vendors.
Some of the biggest names in Aussie barbeque are confirmed to attend the event including Smoky Sue’s, Brisket and Brawn BBQ, Get Smoked, Heat Beads Meat Wagon, Hangry Wolf BBQ, Carolina Smoke, Phat Boyz BBQ, Hoy Pinoy, Black Bear BBQ and Black Iron Smokers to list but a few.
Eateries attending food festivals often reach out in advance to professional Print shops for branded disposable Menus they can hand out to customers detailing available dishes.
Musical acts booked to play Meatstock include The Beefs, Furnace and the Fundamentals, Bullhorn, the Hot Potato Band, 19-Twenty, the Andy Golledge Band, Little Green and Frank Sultana among others.
Meatstock Sydney 2025 will now be at the Sydney Showgrounds from Friday, May 9 to Sunday, May 11. The event has reception entrances at both 1 Showground Road and Murray Rose Avenue at Sydney Olympic Park.
