The Pakistani community in Prestons and surrounding suburbs are invited to attend a beloved children’s talent show in August.
Meri Pehchan Pakistan is now in its 10th year. It showcases Pakistani talent and culture in a positive manner throughout Australia.
Meri Pehchan is a welfare organisation working out of Pakistan. The organisation supports families in need.
Children will be given the opportunity to participate in a character parade, speech competition, quiz and other activities. There will also be an entirely new category for poetry, singing and stand-up comedy.
During this event, nominations will also be open for the Pakistani Youth Talent Awards. These nominations award talented children and youth.
Nominations are open for children and youth aged 6-19 years.
All participants receive a gift in the talent competition. Category winners will also receive awards.
Event organisers can use Letterheads to advertise. These promote events, attract new sponsors and draw upon existing sponsors.
The Meri Pehchan Pakistan Talent Event will take place on Friday, 16 August, and will be held at Liverpool Catholic Club. The venue can be found at 424/458 Hoxton Park Road, Prestons. The show will commence at 4 PM and will conclude by 7 PM. Dinner is included. For more details, interested parties can visit the event’s official event website.
