Neo soul coming for Prestons music fans

A major Sydney venue is set to extend a warm welcome to a well-known Thai-kiwi artist.

Music lovers around Prestons and other Sydney suburbs will soon get the chance to see the Thai-Kiwi singer-songwriter who is best known by the moniker Phum. This May, the renowned recording star will be performing live at the Metro Theatre to introduce new material from his second album called “The Greng Jai Piece” to Australian audiences.

Bands and artists touring to promote new albums are often supported by expert printing services who produce a diverse range of material to advertise events and shows like Posters and Banners.

The visit down under will be a first for Phum, who rose to international fame in 2018 with his hit single called “Lover Boy”. While the singer-songwriter weaves multiples genres within his music, neo soul has a heavy influence.

While originally born in Bangkok Thailand, Phum moved to New Zealand’s Hamilton when he was nine years old. Whilst there, he received his first instrument, a drum kit, and later turned to guitar.

Phum will enjoy strong support on all of his Australian tour dates from Australian-Thai songwriter RICEWINE.

Phum will now be live in concert at the Metro Theatre on Monday, May 1. The theatre’s address is 624 George Street, and the show will start at 9.30 pm.
