A respected hotel in Sydney will soon host an annual event dedicated to food microbiology.
Food industry professionals in Prestons can participate in an industry event taking place at the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park later in the year. Presented by the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST), the 2025 Food Microbiology Conference will run for two days in March.
The theme of the latest edition of the event is “Bugs in the Balance - A World of Diversity”. The in-person assembly features an agenda loaded with renowned speakers and fresh insights. There will also be a gathering with drinks and canapés on the first day of the conference for networking.
Professionals taking part in industry events like conferences and conventions typically count on business card printing services for a supply of quality cards they can hand to potential new contacts.
The conference is designed for personnel working across all sectors of the food industry, but also to government officials, academics, researchers and regulators. The aim of the event is to offer a platform for valuable informational exchanges and meaningful connections that help delegates deepen their understanding of the opportunities in food microbiology.
The 2025 Food Microbiology Conference will now be at the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park on Wednesday, 5 and Thursday, 6 March. The hotel can be found at 11A Olympic Boulevard in Sydney.
