The 38th Annual Doll Fair will be held later this month in Liverpool.
Organised by the Doll Collectors Club of NSW, the event is the largest fair of its kind in Australia and will include a treasure trove of dolls, bears, toys, collectibles, and accessories. Both antique and modern dolls will be on show, as well as memorabilia, doll houses, craft items, clothing and miniatures.
Over 100 traders will have tables set up and will be offering their collections for sale. For people interested in bringing along their own prized possessions, valuers will be on hand to price and identify pieces. Business Cards can be an effective way to promote such services.
Food stalls will be available and a raffle will also be run throughout the day. Each year, the Doll Collectors Club of NSW choose a charity to fund raise for and this year the Club is raising money for Angel Flight. The charity helps people in regional areas to access specialist medical services.
A free shuttle bus will be running from Liverpool station every hour for those people taking public transport, with the bus leaving from the “Kiss and Ride spot”, and there is ample space for car parking.
The Fair will be held at the Liverpool Catholic Club on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 July from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Tickets cost $10 for Saturday and $5 for Sunday.
