The number of fashion outlets in Liverpool, New South Wales, is set to expand with the recent announcement that a new-look Fashion Spree centre is soon to open.
The centre, a project of the family-owned Gazcorp, will be located on the old Orange Grove designer shop site, which has been empty for several years.
According to Nicholas Gazal, Gazcorp Director, the new Fashion Spree centre which will cover 14,500sqm, is set to fill a void of similar outlet sites for shoppers throughout the western suburbs.
He said the main sites targeted by shoppers and a focus of brochure printers throughout Sydney had previously included Mirvac’s Birkenhead Point, DFO at Homebush and now Fashion Spree.
Liverpool’s Orange Grove Road will be host to the new shopping destination, which has been designed by Luchetti Krelle.
Mr. Gazal said the 14,500sqm of floor space will eventually be expanded to 5000sqm.
Popular brands including Country Road, Asics, Mimco and Glue have chosen the new fashion centre to launch their first stores in the Liverpool area and they will be joined by Bardot, Smiggle, Vans and Bonds outlets.
Catalogue printing is also set to reveal many more homewares and fashion brands to be based at the new centre, according to Mr. Gazal who added 13 outlets will be new to Liverpool.
He said shoppers will be delighted with the fashion and prices of some high quality brands that will be up to 70 per cent off what you would expect to pay.
