Liverpool to host music recording class

An event designed for budding musicians around Liverpool will offer a how-to session teaching technical expertise in music recording.

Liverpool City Library has organised a special single-day masterclass offering training and experience of the music recording platform known as BandLab.

Created by the Singapore-based enterprise known as BandLab Technologies, the platform empowers musicians to record and mix while collaborating with others on music projects. Along with its other music-orientated brands, like Heritage Guitars and Harmony, the company designed BandLab to offer everyone access to recording their own tracks.

To advertise their products and services, technology firms often use expert printing services to create promotional materials that encourage new customers and repeat sales. The BandLab platform gives users access to a free mix editor, the ability to make music from anywhere at any time and a way to connect with millions of other music fans.

The local library is now inviting music lovers around the city to learn how to record their own hits using BandLab, including the equipment involved and the skills required. The access course promises those attending hands-on experiences with both recording devices and microphones.

The BandLab recording class will be held at Liverpool City Library at 170 George Street on Thursday evening, between 6 pm and 7.30 pm, on February 10. This event is suitable for those aged 16 and above.
