Liverpool area to enjoy chart-topping rap

An Australian rap artist will soon be playing in Sydney for two consecutive nights.

Music fans from Sydney suburbs like Liverpool will soon get their chance to hear the vocal stylings of Oz rapper The Kid Laroi as he takes the stage at the Qudos Bank Arena this year. Born Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard in 2003, the Kid Laroi gained early recognition for his talents after befriending US rap star Juice Wrld on his Australian tour. Th upcoming rap star is the youngest solo performer in Australia to score a number one spot in the ARIA chart, a feat he echoed in America, claiming the top position in the US Billboard 200. The Kid Laroi has worked on collaborations with Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus, as well as his friend Juice Wrld.

The Kid Laroi will perform at the Qudos Bank Arena on 19 Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park on May 26 and 27. Fans of the rapper will get a chance to hear him play a selection of his best-known hits, which may include “Tell Me Why”, “Not Sober”, “So Done” and “Addison Rae”.
