The festivities are designed to provide families with a night of entertainment in the local area.
The lakeside celebration will include a dedicated carnival zone with show Bags and rides. A variety of international food options and carnival treats will be on site. Furthermore, two stunning firework spectaculars are scheduled. Printing services are often called upon by organisers to help make events the best they can be.
A special event in conjunction with Seven News is in the works, with organisers saying that they have planned:
“an immersive multimedia journey back in time as we rewind to the most iconic moments from the 1970’s up to now.”
Each hour will see the review of a different decade. Audiences can expect to see a video analysis of important newsworthy events and cultural trends followed by local talent performing live, with each performance inspired by the fashion and music of each period.
Gates will open at 5pm and the celebration of decades past will commence at 7pm. The firework shows will light up the lake at 9pm and again at midnight to bring in the new year.
