Charity ball to be held in Liverpool

A charity ball is set to take place in Liverpool later this month.

The Liverpool City Council Charity Ball is held annually and is one of the foremost gala events in south western Sydney.

In its sixth year, the 2019 charity ball is a formal evening and will begin with a selection of drinks and canapes, followed by three courses of fine dining. There will be live music, entertainment and dancing and guests will also have the opportunity to mingle and network with other locals from the area.

The theme of the ball this year will be taking its inspiration from Tokyo and aims to capture the beauty of traditional Japan right through to the modern hustle and bustle of a thriving city. Banner printing may be used to advertise this and other local city events.

As part of the evening, guests will be able to participate in fundraising activities, and this year, money raised will be donated to the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research. The Institute supports student programmes for young people in the Liverpool area who are interested in studying aspects of science and health.

Tickets will cost $185 per person and the venue for the evening will be the William Inglis Hotel on Governor Macquarie Drive. The event will be held on Saturday 21st September from 6pm.
