Two of Gladesville’s petrol stations are to be sold and redeveloped into residential complexes.
The Victoria Road petrol stations are being sold by fuel giant Caltex and are among 25 other stores that have gone on the market across wider Sydney and Australia.
Investors have been notified that Caltex is to sell 50 of its petrol stations in a bid to maximise on the capital value of the sites.
Caltex’s Chief Development Officer, David Bridger said all the sites had been identified through an extensive review and are situated in high value and attractive areas that have been recognised as being future high growth properties. He said the sites will appeal to a broad number of buyers that are looking at moving into the tightly held, inner city market.
Both of the petrol stations on Victoria Road will be sold with a B4 grade mixed use zoning and will come with a height building restriction of 19m. Brochure printing is often used to create informative material for interested members of the community regarding new developments.
Caltex is offering to demolish the sits and make them fit for development. Stonebridge Property Group director, Lincoln Blackledge has said that a large number of interested buyers are already making initial inquiries.
The properties are to be sold by Expression of Interest as part of an international campaign.
