An evening discussing the identity of the modern Australian man will be held later this month for students and families of St. Augustine’s College in Brookvale.
‘Tomorrow Man – A Night With The Blokes’ will aim to dispel some of the myths and stereotypes that currently surround men and hopes to bring about honest discussions about what men can do to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
In a world that is changing faster than ever before, some men have felt unable to keep up with the changes and the evening will create an opportunity for guys to talk to other men and discuss issues such as health, family and how the traditional role of the man is evolving. It is hoped that men will leave feeling more certain of their role and value in the modern world, particularly what it means to be an Aussie bloke.
The evening will kick off with a BBQ and is open to Year 10-12 students. This event encourages uncles, brother, dads and grandfathers to attend. Other family members that may be interested are also welcome. Events such as this are often advertised through flyer printing services.
Tomorrow Man will be held on Tuesday 11th June. The BBQ will begin at 6pm with discussions beginning at 7pm. It will be held at St. Augustine College in Brookvale.
