Alex Collective is an Alexa Development project. It is being constructed by Ceerose, which has already started work on the Andrew Burns-designed, four-building development, which will host 163 apartments. The ultimate design has been influenced by the industrial nature of the suburb, paving the way for it to feature sky bridges, light wells, saw-tooth roofs and intricate brickwork.
A central feature to all four buildings will be a garden, together with cabana-style seating adjacent a magnesium pool that has been designed by the Site Image Group, which specialises in landscape architecture.
Ceerose Managing Director’s, Edward Doueihi, described the company’s latest residential construction project as an important milestone for its owners and an impressive addition to his company's building portfolio, adding:

To be located in Alexandria’s McEvoy Street, the new apartments are in an area of high demand, according to Collier's Residential Director Daniel McMahon. A graphic design of such projects is often created to show potential residents.
McMahon said the location has always been a favourite for many due to its heritage homes, warehouse-style apartments and unique terraces.
