A community-focused spring water source in Banksmeadow has been selected to host an event that combines yoga, music and vegan dining.
Residents seeking inner relaxation and nourishment can join this upcoming event in the suburb next month. Entitled “Eat. Pray. Laugh!”, the event is two and a half hours long and is led by educator and Qigong practitioner, Anisha Shen, and yoga master and plant-based chef, Jeevi Ramtel.
Organisers of holistic events sometimes rely on Print shops that can craft Flyers and Posters from recycled paper to make eco-friendly adverts.
A community experience, the evening is timed to coincide with the strawberry full moon. Ramtel will present a nourishing vegan feast designed to support the mind, body and spirit before music featuring traditional meditative instruments (including the native American flute, gong, handpan and Tibetan bowls) is played. Known as the “Laughing Chef”, Ramtel will then lead attendees in a laughter yoga session.
There will also be a freeform jam session, and those attending who play music are invited to bring their own instruments along. Participants should also bring a mat or cushion to sit on and wear comfortable clothing.
The event will now run at Awake Water on Friday, June 13. The venue can be found at unit 2/8 Jullian Close in Banksmeadow, and the session will start at 7 pm and end at 9.30 pm.Get a Free Quote for Print Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Posters
