The release marks the culmination of Alex Collective's construction of four buildings, offering 163 apartments in total within a project of warehouse-inspired buildings.
Lawrence offers 29 apartments situated in a four-storey building located in Lawrence Street. They include 11 three-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom apartments in sizes ranging from 76 to 113 square metres. The final stage has been attracting great interest from younger buyers in particular.
The combined project of four developments has proven popular since its first release, according to Residential Director of Colliers, Daniel McMahon, who said:
“We first launched the Alex Collective in October 2020 with the first of four buildings, the Alex building, so it’s incredibly rewarding to now see the Lawrence release continue to have such strong appeal with buyers.”
Major residential developments such as these, which include highlights such as landscaping, materials and sustainability features for an optimum lifestyle, have often been widely advertised via brochure printing campaigns.
Alex Collective's Lawrence has a wide range of sustainability measures, including light wells that bring in natural light and provide cross ventilation.
McMahon said Alexandria's transformation from an industrial centre to a more contemporary and thriving lifestyle hub is also having a positive effect on potential buyers.
The Lawrence development also boasts many appealing features, such as large living rooms, stunning views, oversized balconies, private courtyards and internal gardens, which are turning heads.
