Spokane event to teach business skills to startups
SP3NW will organize an educational meeting for startups this March at the WSU Innovation Center in Spokane.
Developing an Effective Sales Process is a program where store owners can learn valuable business strategies from an industry professional. The presenter of the event is Keith LaHonta, a business coach with 30 years of experience as a Vice President of Sales for multiple small to medium-sized companies. LaHonta will teach attendees how to create a sales plan, find optimal customers, and form strategies that increase sales.
SP3NW is a company located in the University District of Spokane that provides resources to help people launch their businesses. Entrepreneurs can use office spaces from the organization and receive executive advisement. April Needham is the company's director, and Dr. Michaele Armstrong is the associate director. The duo has more than 80 years of combined experience and has helped launch over 20 companies. SP3NW also holds events like fireside chats and networking activities.
The program will be on Wednesday, March 13th from noon to 1:00pm, though guests can arrive at 11:30am to network with other audience members. Registration for LaHonta's presentation will open on Wednesday, February 14th at 12:30pm. The event will be free to the public. Companies in charge of educational meetings like this may use brochure printing services to produce original resources for their guests to bring home.
