Seattle tour to visit local private gardens
Seattle’s climate makes it a great place to garden, and an annual event will offer the public a sneak peek behind the gates of several properties they would not normally be able to view.
The West Seattle Garden Tour will be up and running for another year, and tickets for the occasion are $30 each. Each participant who is 12 years of age and up will need to purchase a ticket book, which may be sent out by mail or picked up in person, depending on the date the order was received.
On the day of the tour, the properties will be open to ticketholders in the morning, and their passbook also includes a guide to each of the locations. When they arrive at each of the stops, they can have theirs stamped, and the organizers recommend that the participants plan on spending at least three hours viewing the assorted gardens. There are several eateries in close proximity to some of the stops for those who would like to purchase lunch, and anyone interested in being included in next year's tour can submit a request to do so.
Community events and brochure printing companies can be dynamic duos. These companies will be able to supply organizers with the materials needed to ensure their function will be a success, and they can also provide custom graphic design services.
The 27th annual West Seattle Garden tour will offer a sneak peek into the area’s horticultural side on June 25. The day will run from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
