What's Happening in Seattle, WA…

Dinner sail salutes Seattles dads

Seattle dads, grandfathers and dads to be are all on the guest list for a special sail, and the plans for the occasion include dinner with the family.

Passengers who book a spot on the Father’s Day dinner cruise will be treated to views of its skyline while they dine, and the outing will last for two hours. Boarding starts half an hour ahead of departure time, and all ages are welcome.

The excursion will depart from 901 Fairview Avenue North, and will make its way across Lake Washington and Lake Union. The Captain will provide a narration about the various points of interest, and everyone will have their own private table. A champagne or non-alcoholic toast will be presented at boarding, and the dinner will be served buffet style. Anyone who would like to purchase beer, wine or a cocktail can do so at the cash bar. A light jacket is recommended in case the weather is chilly.

Communities across the USA will have special activities on offer in honor of Father’s Day. Keepsake promotional products for a function can be prepared for an event by local print shops.

Waterways Cruises at Lake Union Piers on South Lake will see some of Seattle’s leading men offered a tip of the hat for all they do on June 15th. Boarding will start at 4:30 pm.
