Seattle to enjoy the best tacos this summer
The Seattle Taco Takeover is taking place in the city next month.
A presentation of the Thrillist, the event is set to feature the Cuervo Tradicional Taco Takeover and Cocktail Competition. It will be taking place in four cities in the United States, with Seattle being the second one. There will be an afternoon and an evening session of four hours each.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste tacos and other Mexican-inspired foods prepared by local chefs, and there will be tequila tastings as well. Guests will be asked to vote on their favorites. In addition, guests can enjoy the Jose Cuervo Cocktail Competition, where local bartenders will compete for honor and glory.
VIP tickets are available for $79. They include all-you-can-eat tacos and tequila tastings, access to a private lounge, a churro station and a cheese fountain. Ticket holders will also be admitted 30-minutes early.
