Seattle hosts chocolate festival

The Northwest Chocolate Festival is a premier chocolate festival with international vendors and educational opportunities.

There will be over 100 vendors in attendance at the festival. While many of them do focus on chocolate, there will be other types of vendors, including newspapers and magazines and tea shops. Many of these vendors are likely to have business cards or informational flyers on hand.

This event will also feature educational programs. Although the schedule is not yet available, it is likely that these educational programs will discuss topics such as quality of cacao, sustainable practices, and responsible purchasing. There will also be cooking demonstrations and chocolate tastings.

Tickets are currently available for this event in either single day or weekend passes. The single-day tickets are $35 each, and the day of attendance must be selected upon buying a ticket. The weekend pass grants entrance both days, and is $65. Both of these options have access to the educational workshops and vendor areas. The VIP package covers both days with entrance one hour early, access to the VIP lounge (which is 21 and older), and a gift bag upon entrance.

This event will be hosted at PIER 91 in Seattle. Parking is available nearby for $15 all day. The festivities will run all weekend on Saturday and Sunday, November 9 and 10, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm both days.
