Seattle event to showcase its vegan side
A celebration of locally crafted vegan food will be returning to Seattle, and the organizers noted that it will feature recipes from some of the city’s premier vegan chefs.
The brunch will be held at Legacy at Pratt Park, and there will be five options for guests to choose from. Along with the food, the event will offer an opportunity for networking, and those who attend will have a chance to meet others who share their love of vegan food.
The menu for the afternoon includes miso fried “fish” and fries, a Jamaican wrap with spiced tofu and fries, a buffalo portobello burger, and two different salads. The ticket price of the event has been set at $25, and guests can choose which meal they would like to eat when they purchase their passes to attend.
The planners of the function remarked that they are hoping to give those who come out a chance to build connections, and they will be providing opportunities for speed networking.
