Seattle class to create baked goods
An opportunity to make some memories has been scheduled by a Seattle bakery, and it will be held just in time for Mother’s Day.
FrogLegs has made arrangements to host a cake decorating class, and each of the participants will be creating their own masterpieces to enjoy. It will be a hands-on experience, and the group will be able to sample their work before its time to head for home.
The attendees will learn and hone their cake decorating skills by making fondant and frosting flowers and foliage on cupcakes, which will be served along with some punch. After this, they will add their own personal flair to a full-sized cake, which they will be able to take home with them to share. It is recommended for kids from between the ages of five and nine, and adult accompaniment is required. Social distancing protocols will be in place, and masks are mandatory.
While a class like this offers an interdiction to a topic, the participants may want to continue learning once the session has drawn to a close. A company that prepares letterheads will also be able to craft recipe cards and instruction sheets so that those who take part can later bake and decorate cakes in the comfort of their own kitchen.
This introduction to the art of crafting beautiful baked goods will be held next Saturday, May 1. The venue for the class is at 2643 University Village Lane.
