Sterling kitchen combines tradition with giving

Anna Sudha Community Kitchens will host "Colors of Hope: Holi with Heart and Purpose" to celebrate the festival of colors while supporting individuals in need.

A nonprofit that provides 6,000+ monthly meals to shelters through its Shelter Feeding and Open Pantry programs, Anna Sudha Community Kitchens was funded by selling vegetarian Indian food.

Holi, symbolizing the victory of good over bad and the coming of spring, is known for its vibrant colors and joyful spirit. This gathering invites attendees to immerse themselves in the celebration while contributing to a charitable cause. Guests can enjoy a DJ, a foam party, and a wine and beer garden. Food stalls will feature traditional Indian chaat and other delicacies. Eco-friendly colors will be available for sale, or guests may bring their own.

Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable grocery donations to aid those experiencing food insecurity. Donations, both monetary and material, will go toward providing meals and essential supplies for underserved communities.
