Pflugerville is proud of its community of small businesses, and a learning opportunity is being offered to business owners in their hometown.
A local public library will be the venue for a workshop that will cover topics related to the legal considerations of starting a small business. Asset protection will also be on the agenda, and the facilitator for the activity will be volunteers from SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives).
The session will explore the topic at hand from a risk management perspective. The attendees will learn how to keep their business and personal assets safe whenever possible, and subjects such as trade secret protection, company formation related decisions, and the importance of using appropriate legal documents will be discussed.
Everyone will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the event. Starting an establishment can be a real leap of faith, and local Print shops can offer a range of support. These organizations can supply everything from Business Cards to Letterheads, as well as helpful and knowledgeable advice.
The Small Business Workshop: Legal Considerations - Starting a Business and Asset Protection has been scheduled for Friday, May 10. The location for the event will be the Pflugerville Public Library, which can be found located at 1008 W Pfluger Street. The event will begin at 12:30 pm and run for two hours.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Letterheads Get a Free Quote for Print
