A Pflugerville organization that offers therapeutic riding programs has a fundraiser in the works.
The Horsepower 2021 Fall Festival will be filled with all sorts of fun, and the proceeds of the day will help to support therapy riding programs. The organizers have teamed up with the L.A.F. Market, which means that fans of fresh lavender will find plenty to enjoy.
The activities will range from a chance to visit the animals in the petting zoo to face painting, photo ops, games, pony rides and an opportunity to support a variety of small business vendors. Food trucks and a snow-cone truck will be offering a variety of fare, and a raffle draw is also on the agenda. Simply Sparrow Therapy Farm will have a demonstration set up with some unusual support animals, including a box turtle, rabbits, and a snake.
Sponsoring a community even like this gives a business a way to give back, and the organizers have explained there is a sponsorship program on offer. A brochure printing will be able to prepare information packages that outline the benefits of doing supporting the event, and these may then be distributed to potential supporters.
The 3rd annual Horsepower 2021 Festival will see all of Pflugerville horsing around on November 6. The venue for the day will be 8201 Cele Road in Manor.
