Pflugerville seniors have a variety of options when it comes to enjoying an active lifestyle, and one of these will be hitting the water at The Meadows Center.
The PF Senior Program has organized a glass bottom boat tour for older adults. It is open to active members of the community’s Recreation Center, and a fee of $28 is being charged to take part.
The meeting point will be the Meadows Center in San Marcos, and riders will then take to the water for their boat tour. Since it will have a transparent bottom, they will be able to see the sea creatures, shells, seaweed, and other items they pass over. Before they set sail for the excursion, they will head to Grin’s Restaurant for lunch. Anyone who wants more details is asked to call 512-990-6350.
