An evening craft and chat will give Pflugerville adults an opportunity to explore their creative side, and each of the attendees will go home with the completed fruits of their labors.
The Pflugerville Public Library serves as a community hub, and it will soon host a hands-on style workshop that will craft resin coasters. Each participant will make a set of two to keep or give as a gift, and the activity is limited to those age 18 and up.
All instructions needed to craft the coasters will be provided to the participants, and along with the resin, attendees can choose to customize their piece by adding the dried flowers, gold leaf or other enhancements on offer. The workshop has a run time of one hour, and anyone who would like to join the fun of the experience will be able to register starting on February 1. Questions can be directed to the organizers at 512-990-6375.
Community libraries often offer the public a chance to be part of a variety of learning and other activities. A flyer printing company will be able to offer a low-cost way of promoting an activity like this to the public.
The Pflugerville Public Library located at 1008 West Pfluger Street will be running this session on Thursday, February 9. It will begin at 6:30 pm.
