There are a couple of Christmas-themed events taking place in Pflugerville shortly that will support local charities.
The first event is the Holiday Expo presented by the Pflugerville Pfemales in Small Business. Proceeds will be donated to Pflugerville's Circle of Hope food pantry and community center.
Over 55 vendors will be on hand to sell arts and crafts like handmade jewelry and artworks. Guests can also enjoy lunch, have their picture taken with Santa, and be entertained by the Weiss High School Choir. Organizers are asking for canned goods, new unwrapped toys, or cash donations.
A few days later, Freddy's Christmas Cruise-in and Toy Drive will take place. Presented by Stephanie Nichols Classic Car Gang, the toy drive will be for Texas Baptist Children's Home. Registered drivers will be competing for trophies for Most Christmas Spirit, Stephanie's Choice, and Freddy's Choice.
