Pflugerville class to work with native flowers

Texas is proud to boast some beautiful native wildflowers, and to celebrate Texas Independence Month, a Pflugerville small business will be putting these species in the spotlight for an evening.

The crew at Jordan Flowers and Events recently announced that the venue will be running an in-person class preparing arrangements that feature wildflowers native to the state. Everyone can bring along a container of their choice to use, and instruction will be supplied.

The facilitator for the class will teach how to prepare a casual-style arrangement full of color and fragrance, and while they work, the group will have the chance to learn more about these plants and why they matter so much. They will also discover that it is possible to grow some of them in their own backyard, and this will be welcomed by local wildlife.

Flower arranging or other hands-on classes can be both fun and a time to learn some new skills. Stationery printers can prepare tip sheets and other materials that may be useful to the attendees in a session, as well as promotional Pens to offer as swag.

This celebration of the beauty of Texas’s native wildflowers is scheduled for Wednesday March 20 at 2512 West Pecan Street. It will kick off at 6:30 pm. Tickets start at $95 each, and the session runs for an hour and a half.
