Pflugerville is a community that knows how to throw a great party, and it will be kicking off December with a special holiday event.
Downtown Pflugerville is set to welcome the return of its annual Pfestival of Light, where the whole community is invited to join the festivities. Taking place in the early evening, it will be a family-friendly event.
Spectators who line the parade route will be able to view the floats and enjoy the music and marchers. The entries will be filled with twinkling lights, and there will be festive music throughout. Afterwards, they can mix and mingle with the other members of the public.
The parade is part of the community's plans for the holiday season, and this schedule also includes a winter family photo op, open houses, farmers’ markets, book discussions, craft nights, and other fun. Donations for the Blue Santa toy drive will be accepted at drop Boxes set up throughout the area. Many communities that run activities during the festive season distribute guides prepared by a brochure printing company to keep the public abreast of what is on offer.
The annual Pfestival of Lights parade will be winding its way down Main Street on Saturday, December 2, starting at 6:30 pm. The Pflugerville website offers a full listing of all that will be on offer.
