JMP Wines in Humble will host the Meet Ben August of August Vineyards event next month to provide a chance for wine lovers to meet the winery owner and learn about his award-winning wines.
JMP Wines is a local wine shop and importer founded by Peter Marules, also owner of Lakonia Imports, which imports fine olive oil and other premier Mediterranean food products. JMP wines offers its customers a diverse selection of international wines and domestic wines. The winery also has a newly renovated tasting room where various wine tasting events are held.
The guest of honor at the wine tasting in June will be Ben August, owner of August Vineyards in Napa, California. Attendees will be able to taste a curated selection of August wines and ask questions about the wines, the wine making process, and even about the famous Castle on the August vineyard property. For food, there will be a charcuterie grazing table from Graze Thyme Charcuterie and chicken and shrimp brochettes from The Omega Grill.
Organizers of tasting events such as this may choose to advertise their events on visually appealing Posters, which can be printed using poster printing services in their area.
The meet-and-taste event is scheduled for June 15 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. JMP Wines is located at 7500 Old North Belt Drive. Tickets are $75.
