Humble food festival to showcase areas food scene
This September, Taste of the Town Lake Houston will return to town to showcase great local food and restaurants as well as raise money for a local nonprofit.
Taste of the Town brings together various local restaurants, bakeries, food trucks, vendors, and beverage distributors all in one place to celebrate the diversity of flavors that Humble and the Lake Houston area offers. Proceeds raised from the festival will go towards supporting Inspire ND, also known as The Inspire Project for Neurodiversity, which is an organization that celebrates and supports young adults on the spectrum.
General admission will include access to all the food booths and cuisine samples as well as one complimentary beer or wine ticket for those 21 years old and up. VIP tickets will also be available and will include entry to the exclusive VIP Lounge organized by the Kingwood Business Women and two complimentary beer and wine tickets for those eligible.
Vendors participating in festivals like this may decide to bring with them promotional products to hand out to attendees to highlight their brand and engage potential new patrons.
The food festival is scheduled for September 7 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It will take place at the Humble Civic Center, which is located at 8233 Will Clayton Parkway. General admission is $30, and VIP admission is $50.
