To sweeten up Valentine’s Day celebrations next month, Ingenious Brewing Company and Matunda Tamu Sweet Fruits in Humble will hold Sweet Edition DIY Charcuterie Board Class for anyone wanting to create their own handcrafted treats.
Ingenious Brewing is a local brewpub that specializes in small batch, innovative brews that uses the owners’ backgrounds in science to create creative and constantly changing craft beers. The brewery will provide the venue space and refreshments for the Sweet Edition DIY Charcuterie Board event, created by Matunda Tamu, a local artisan jams and jellies shop.
The event will allow participants to create their own sweet-themed charcuterie board in a fun, casual environment. The class will provide all supplies needed, including dessert dips, chocolate-covered fruits, and roasted candied nuts. The brewery will also provide a curated Ingenious pairing flight for an additional purchase, which will feature four sample pairings of carefully selected beers to go with the dessert boards.
