The Woodlands Margarita Festival is taking place this month.
Guests will have to opportunity to sample more than 20 flavors of margaritas provided by area restaurants that are competing for the Woodland's Best Margarita.
Restaurants that choose to participate pay a fee of $500. There will also be the chance to take the Tour de Tequilas and sample the many different brands available in Texas.
All attendees will receive a commemorative sample cup and will be entertained by live musical performances. Food will also be available for purchase from local vendors, which will include barbecue and Mexican dishes. VIP tickets will include the price of food and access to several exclusive bars. The activities will take place outdoors and guests will vote for what they consider to be the best margarita.
This event is an opportunity for non-profit organizations, since it provides volunteers to the festival, and the organization will receive a donation. Volunteers are needed in many areas, including at the admission gate and beverage booths, and all will receive a T-shirt.
This fun event will likely attract people from all around the area, including those from nearby Humble. To help spread the word, local Stationery printing companies may be asked to provide Flyers.
The Woodlands Margarita Festival will take place at Northshore Park on March 26 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Tickets are $40 in advance or $55 at the gate, while VIP tickets are $75 or $120.
