Annual event lets residents show off their cars

The 49th Humble Rotary Festival, presented by the Rotary Club of Humble Intercontinental as a fundraiser for the organizations Changing Lives projects in Central America, is now just over a week away.

The festival will consist of a car show and a fish fry. Registration for the car show is $30 which also includes one catfish dinner. There are several classes of cars that can be registered, including Restored 1932 - 1958, Muscle Cars 1964 – 1990, and Import Cars. Awards are presented to the best in each class, as well as a separate award for Best of Show.

There will also be door prizes, musical entertainment from live bands, and children's activities. Guests can also bid on live and silent auctions. An exciting part of the evening will be the raffle for a Chevrolet Colorado LT, a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV, and eight other prizes. Tickets are available for $100 each.

Print companies from Humble and nearby areas may have been working with organizers to design and Print advertising Flyers that can be easily and inexpensively distributed in the city.
