The Grand Strand Camp and Activities Fair is coming to the Myrtle Beach area in virtual form this March.
The fair will allow Myrtle Beach parents to discover summer camp options for their children in a safe and accessible way. In previous years, the Grand Strand area has hosted in-person informational fairs about summer camps and activities happening in the area. Due to COVID-19, the fair has moved online this year and will be held on a Facebook event page.
Hosted by Touch of Magic Events, the fair will be a three-day virtual event in which families can learn about all the summer camp programs and connect to camp representatives, just as they would during an in-person event. There will be activities for parents and children alike, such as informative demos, and princess and superhero appearances. A virtual photo booth, which may require the help of graphic design artists to create, will even be set up for families to enjoy.
Registration is free and will automatically enter participants into prize giveaways. Those interested can register on Eventbrite. Organizations or individuals wanting to host a summer camp or activity can email info@touchofmagicevents.com for more information on how to do.
The Grand Strand Virtual Camp and Activities Fair is scheduled to run from Friday, March 26 to Sunday, March 28, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.
