The owners of Myrtle Beach’s popular Crave Italian Oven & Bar are opening another restaurant, but they will not be serving Italian food.
Instead, Sol y Luna Latin Cantina & Bar will feature the cuisine of a number of Latin nations, featuring dishes made every day with fresh steak, fish, and spices. The new location will be sited in the Carolina Forest area of the city.
Part-owner Steve Spadaccini said one of the members of the family is a specialist in cooking Latin dishes, and he will be taking over as the kitchen’s chef.
The eatery will be open seven days per week. Patrons will also be able to enjoy happy hour daily, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. The precise opening date has not yet been announced, but Spadaccini said he expects to be operating before the end of this month.
The restaurant will seat 20 patrons at the bar, and approximately 50 in the dining room. An outdoor patio will also be part of the location.
