The 16th Annual I Believe Children’s Holiday Fundraiser will be held near the Myrtle Beach area next month to benefit various local charities.
The I Believe fundraiser has raised over $845,000 over its 15 years of existence, with the goal of reaching the one-million-dollar mark this year. Proceeds will come from ticket sales, raffle sales, items bought for auction, and sponsorships. This money is used to provide over 4,000 disadvantaged children in Georgetown County with Christmas gifts, such as new clothes, bikes, Books, toys, and everyday necessities. The charities that will be highlighted this year are all 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations and include Help4Kids, Collins Kids, and the Cliff and Carolyn Ellis Foundation.
The fundraiser is expected to draw around 400 guests together to enjoy a night of live music, food, auctions, raffles, and gourmet food. The auction event will include both silent and live auctions, and raffle prizes will include goodies and Promotional Products from the various event sponsors. The children's holiday fundraiser will take place on December 6 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. It will be held at the Hot Fish Club on 4911 U.S. 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, only four miles from the Myrtle Beach Metropolitan Area. Tickets start at $125.
