A Myrtle Beach event is hoping to inspire the community to shop locally this spring at the Share the Love of Local Spring Festival happening in April.
Celebrating its seventh year, the festival will invite the whole community to come out to support local vendors, artisans, and small businesses in a family-friendly atmosphere. In addition to the numerous vendor booths available to peruse, the festival will also offer a range of fun activities, including kids' activities, games, raffles, pumpkins for sale, food and drink, and tasting experiences.
Attendees who pre-register on Eventbrite will receive a VIP event experience, which will include a free photobooth activity by Southern Flair Entertainment and a complimentary sushi tasting from Gringo Ninja. There will also be a special raffle for a chance to win prizes such as Gift Certificates, spa services, retail items, and food and beverages, all from local sponsoring businesses. Lastly, pre-registered attendees will receive a VIP swag bag filled with goodies like coupons for retail items and services, as well as Promotional Products, such as promotional Pens and branded items, from sponsors.
The shop local event is scheduled for Sunday, April 2 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. It will be held at the Cooper House & Event Center on 6011 Dick Pond Road. It is free to attend, but those wanting the VIP treatment must preregister on Eventbrite.
