Myrtle Beach event to help people explore their inner selves

Alignment LLC will host the The Healing Heart Experience in Myrtle Beach next month for those looking for a transformative personal experience.

The event will be a five-part experience combining several transformational modalities that will help participants open up their hearts and minds to self-enlightenment and personal peace. The healing session will take place in an oceanfront room to deepen the level of relaxation and peace.

The first part of the session will be the Cacao Ceremony, as pure cacao has been used for centuries in Central American cultures as a scared medicinal ritual aimed at priming oneself for self-awakening and inner healing. The second part will be the Transformational Breathwork activity, which claims to activate the energy body by opening up restricted breathing patterns. The third part will be Sound Therapy, which will utilize sounds that resonate with the mind to promote inner transformations. The fourth part will be a 30-minute massage, and the fifth part will be Grounding Food where attendees will eat chef-prepared gluten-free and plant-based food.
