This September, Rebecca Z Artist Studio and Gallery will hold the Amazing Abstract Mixed Media Workshop in Myrtle Beach for aspiring artists looking to explore mixed media art.
Rebecca Zydbel, referred to professionally as Rebecca Z. Artist, is an award-winning South Carolina artist who is also a signature Member in Excellence of the South Carolina Watermedia Association. Her art expertise is varied and vast, spanning from watercolor surrealism to mixed media abstraction. Rebecca is also a passionate art instructor and frequently teaches art workshops at her studio.
The mixed media workshop next month is designed to appeal to those new to art techniques, as well as those artists who need a refresher course in design and composition. Rebecca will teach students step by step how to apply abstract concepts to mixed media. The workshop will include all materials and supplies, and each student will have a worktable to themselves. Everyone will complete a 22x30 mixed media painting using collage, acrylic, and watercolor.
