Before they sit down for their Thanksgiving feast,Royersford residents will be hitting the road for an event that will raise funds for the Spring Valley YMCA.
In keeping with the changing environment of Covid-19, the organizers of the annual run and walk are offering both in-person and virtual choices for those who would like to get involved. The in person option will follow the XC route at Pope John Paul II High School, and is located at 181 Rittenhouse Road in Royersford.
Anyone who would like to register can do so ahead of time, and there will also be a registration kiosk set up on the day of the event. Discounts are on offer for group signups, and race packets will be on offer ahead of time. The participants in the virtual run will be able to take part from wherever they might happen to be, and donations will also be appreciated.
