Royersford green thumbs are gearing up for a day that will give them access to healthy herbs for transplant.
The Philadelphia Unit of The Herb Society of America has scheduled its 84th annual Herb Sale. Historic Yellow Springs, which is located at 1685 Art School Road, will be the location for the activity, which will be open to the public and held rain or shine.
Along with the chance to purchase locally grown plants, those who attend the sale will be able to pre-order lunch prepared by Bause Catering in Pottstown. There will be different wraps and sandwiches on the menu, and these will be accompanied by coleslaw, chips, a cookie, and beverages. The price for these is $17.00, and riders must be received by May 1. Anyone with questions is asked to contact (610) 310-0591.
Springtime horticultural markets may attract quite a large group of members of the public who are ready to buy. A poster printing company will be able to help create public excitement about an upcoming event by crafting effective marketing materials.
The 2023 Herb Sale will be held by the Philadelphia Unit of The Herb Society of America on May 11. It will be open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the box lunches will be individually labelled and made ready for pickup on site.
