While camping may sound like a summer activity, it can still have its charms in the fall, and an upcoming activity will take full advantage of the season.
Boulder Woods Campground, which is located not far from Royersford, provides a wilderness escape without having to travel far. It has planned a weekend of Halloween themed fun, and there is a minimum of two nights booking required to participate.
The planners have put together a schedule offering fun for young and old alike. There will be evening hayrides as well as a Saturday morning pop-up craft and vendor market. The BW Big Foot Evidentiary Society will host a meeting on site, and everyone can show off their artistic skill in the pumpkin carving and painting competition. There will also be prizes awarded for the best costume and site decor, and the kids can go shelling out. The festivities will be capped off with an all-you-can-eat Sunday breakfast.
Halloween offers a fun theme for an event, and a printing services company will be able to prepare custom decor for the occasion. This will be available at a variety of prices, with options for many budget levels.
Boulder Wood Campground has made plans to offer this spooky weekend starting on Friday, October 14. Further information about the weekend can be accessed online.
