Happy 2 Be Home (H2BH) is a local not-for-profit group which has planned a food filled fundraiser for the Royersford area, and the organizers are hoping it will make a big splash.
Members of the organization’s Board of Directors have reserved space at Phoenixville’s Stable 12 Brewing Company, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of food and beverages at the brewery will be donated to H2BH. It will use these funds to help with a variety of local projects that upgrade the houses of families with a chronically ill child, and these enhancements will allow them to stay at home.
The plans for the evening include special guest "beertenders", and the guests can choose to relax with their food and drinks indoors or head out to the outdoor seating area to enjoy a live acoustic performance. It can be a fun way to kick off the summer season, and as it will do a good turn for the community, it may also provide a real sense of satisfaction.
