Evening of laughter to raise funds for local fire department

If laughter is the best medicine, the audience members at an upcoming Royersford area show can count on walking away in perfect health.

Earl David Reed will supply the entertainment for the 12th annual comedy fundraiser that will benefit the Limerick Fire Department. It will be suitable for adults only, and tickets are available in advance and also at the door.

While the audience enjoys some side-splitting fun, they will be treated to dinner and everyone is welcome to bring their own drinks. There will be a mixer before the meal is served, and everyone will be able to try their luck in an even split draw and a basket raffle. The baskets will be filled with a variety of items, and the proceeds from the event will help the fire department to continue to serve the community.

This event was originally planned for an earlier date, but it had to be rescheduled due to COVID-19. Posters provide a simple and cost effective way to make the community aware that this sort of function will be taking place, and a poster printing professional will be able to supply this service.

This evening, which will put the “fun” in fundraising, will welcome ticket holders starting at 6:00 pm on April 24, 2021. It will be held at 390 West Ridge Pike in Limerick.
