The Etiquette Factory will be giving a presentation in September at the Burntwood Tavern in North Olmsted.
Perfectly Polite Dining Etiquette is a program where children can learn proper behaviors from a certified etiquette instructor. Participants will learn how to set tables, sit still, and write thank-you notes. Students will even discover how to have proper conversations while dining. The teacher of the program is Kim Franz, and the class is intended for children aged 8-15. The maximum number of students allowed in the program is 10, and lunch will be provided to all attendees.
The Etiquette Factory is a business founded in 2015 that provides formal behavior lessons to organizations and individuals. Past clients of the company include The Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Broadview Heights Community Education, and the Girl Scouts of America. The school offers several classes for adults, such as The Interview Prep Etiquette Program and The Art of Business Dining. Live adult programs cost $25 per student per hour.
The dining etiquette lesson will be held on Saturday, September 24 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Locals can pay $45 to attend the program, while non-residents must pay $55 instead. There must be at least four students enrolled in the class. Businesses that offer youth programming such as this may use poster printing to create ads to place at schools and recreational centers.
