North Olmstead to benefit from childrens feeding program

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank and the North Olmsted Branch of the Cuyahoga County Library system have made plans to ensure that all local kids have nutritious food each day.

In a program running until Spring 2022, the library will be offering free meals that will have been prepared using healthy ingredients for youngsters aged 18 and younger. The food will be distributed for as long as supplies last, and this North Olmstead activity can be accessed by any child.

Along with the meal, this initiative will work to support literacy in the community by distributing free books, courtesy of the Cleveland Kids Book Bank. The program is also being offered at other library branches throughout the county,

Hosting a program like this is one way to lend a helping hand to a city’s less fortunate. These often depend upon the support of both the public and the corporate world, and a printing services company will have a variety of ways to raise awareness among these potential stakeholders.

The Kids Cafe feeding initiative is currently underway at the North Olmsted Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library system. It will be on offer up until at least May 13, 2022 and is open from 3:00 to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. The Library itself is open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Thursday, with shorter hours from Friday to Sunday.
